Refund Policy – Marwari Achar

At Marwari Achar, we take great care to deliver authentic, homemade, and high-quality achar (pickles) to our customers. Since our products are perishable and handmade in small batches, our returns and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality.

Returns Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of achar, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

  • Returns will only be considered if the product delivered is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect.

  • To raise a return request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@marwariachar.com, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund Policy

  • If your return request is approved (damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered), you will be eligible for either:

    1. Full Refund to your original payment method, or

    2. Replacement Product shipped at no additional cost.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Conditions for Refunds & Returns

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect item is mandatory.

  • Products must remain unopened and unused (except in the case of manufacturing defect or leakage).

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind after delivery.

    • Taste preference differences (since our achar is made using traditional Marwari recipes).

    • Incorrect details provided by the customer (wrong address, phone number, etc.).
